CNG Hydraulic Booster Compressor
Savair CNG hydraulic Booster compressor is uniquely designed and developed with latest technology which can operate with a wide range of suction pressure without any regulator (Generally it is 30-230 Bar) When the compressor is used as a booster, the system always supplies compressed gas at the right pressure, assuring the highest refueling pressure throughout the vehicle refueling cycle, maximizing the use of storage volume and providing a vehicle full-fill (generally it is 250 bar). This Booster compressor fully designed and tropicalized to suit Indian condition for trailer unloading at daughter stations application.
The compact design allows for installation in locations with limited space. In addition, unique air cooled design, the operating speed and oil free design result in almost zero maintenance.

Hydraulic Operation Description
The Booster is driven hydraulically and the hydraulic pumpand controls are chosen from the internationally renowned vendor. The hydraulic oil is stored in a tank and is drawn by single piston pump powered by electric motor and alternatively sent, by means of main distributor to the oil chambers of the pumping units. The hydraulic circuit includes all instrumentation for operational safety.

We are producing, three models of hydraulic boosters with 22 KW, 30 KW, 37 KW & *55 KW(*On Request) drive rating to cater individual fuelling station requirement .
